Vegetable juices
We make 100% natural vegetable juices, mainly from the harvest of our own fields. The juices are cold pressed from washed and peeled vegetables, pasteurised at a low temperature, then cooled and bottled.

Good to know
Nutritionists have said that our daily diet should include 1 kg of fresh vegetables per 50 kg of body weight. That is hard work when chewing raw carrots, cabbage and beetroot, and considerably easier when drinking juice made from them.
Vegetable juices also work in the kitchen. Carrot juice can replace water when making soup, it can be added to sauces, used for cooking rice and for making jellies. Pancakes and yeast pastries turn deliciously golden when half of the milk is replaced with carrot juice. Beetroot juice is an ideal red food colouring and a good addition to many soups and desserts.
